Weekend in Review

Here's what we did this weekend
SATURDAY
-Up at 6 am, get breakfast and all four of us showered, dressed and fed
in order to make it to the ballpark at 8:40 am.
-Entertain Josh at ballpark while Barry and Michael participate in activites till 11 am.
-Home for quick lunch, and I go off with Aunt Stephanie and Grandma to go on Home Tours. We got to go inside the Extreme Makeover Home that was built near here in Dewey, OK! How awesome is that! Barry took the kids to McDonalds and then home for a nap while we were gone.
-Home again in time to eat a quick bite and we are off to the Circus! It had been about 6 years since we have gone to the circus, I don't think Michael even remembers the last time we went. It was very fun!
-Finally home to bed, what an eventful day!

New pictures

I put some new pictures in my flickr album (it's on the right).
We won! We won! We won our first baseball game. It was a great game, we were behind 20-14 in the last inning and came back to score 7 runs and win! Oh the excitement!

My baseball boys

Since Josh is such a huge fan of baseball, I ordered him a shirt and hat just like Michaels. Aren't they so cute?! I don't mind all the nights at the ballfield and lugging all the equipment around in the trunk of my car when they look so cute! I was thinking ahead and Josh should be able to play t-ball next summer! Wow, what fun that will be if he continues his obsession with everything baseball.

blah, blah, blah, blah

That's what I feel you may be saying if I posted about what's been going on. Just everyday stuff. It's been raining a few days and baseball practice was canceled along with two scrimmage games on Sat. I've been working, Barry's been working and Michael has been at school. Josh has been hanging around begging everybody and anybody to play baseball with him.
The green tongue is from Cheetos??!? You thought they turned your tongue orange, but these are Shrek cheetos!

Spreadin' the love

Okay, so I'm making the usual Peanut Butter and Jelly, Jelly's for breakfast (that's what Josh calls them) and glance down to see this lovely little heart shape in the peanut butter. The peanut butter is speaking to me!!! Oh, the things that bring me joy. Spread the love!

Presenting.......

"The Color Factory" starring the second graders at Wilson Elementary. The blue bird #2 was played by the one and only Michael Miller (applause, applause).
He did a great job, even though in the picture he looks rather bored. I think he was a bit embarrased I was front and center taking a picture! It was a very cute musical and reminded me of all the music programs and shows I did in elementary school.
He's my superstar!

Eggs, Eggs, and More Eggs....

We have been to so many Egg hunts this season. Last week we did two egg hunts and today we did another one. Michael had an egg hunt at school and Josh had an egg hunt at MOPS. Do you know how many plastic eggs are now running loose around our house? Thousands or at least it seems that way!

Today's egg hunt was sponsered by the fire department, so the fire engines were out for all the kids to look at. The kids were divided by age and by boy/girl, which would have meant lots of eggs, especially for Josh's age group but when the horn went off to go Josh got so startled that he started to cry and didn't want to pick up any eggs! Oh well!

I haven't been posting much, there just doesn't seem to be enough time between baseball practice, work, kids and life. I've also started selling on ebay again and I've been spending alot of time doing that.
